STAY READY

The Stay Ready Initiative will ensure we are prepared for what is ahead of us.  If you have been following the political trends you will know that the possibility is high for us to get another anti-union President in 2024.  The Federal Government is supposed to be a model employer and if it has to follow directives to wage war on the Union, that will justify the private sector doing the same.  

Do it for the Vet not for the Check will be an initiative we will push to Save VA Jobs by re-establishing the “I”Care values within ourselves. Getting back to remembering why we do what we do and we will do it proudly if we are advocated for and treated with dignity, fairness and respect.  When treated as humans we will embody the mindset of, “Ask not what the VA can do for you but ask what can you do for the VA”.
