NVAC Title 38 and Title 38 Hybrid professional committee.  This committee will possess at least one professional from every licensure category, so that all employees are being equally represented.  This committee will review all MOUs, SOPs, grievances, EEOs, and generally bargained on changes in working conditions on  behalf of all title 38 interests nationwide.
