When elected as the President for the NVAC I will create a bigger and more inclusive table where everyone is welcomed.  My first initiative would be to donate half my salary over the course of my 3 year term to fund an advisory board consisting of the current NVAC leadership;  Alma Lee, Oscar Williams, MJ Burke and Bill Wentmore.  I am willing to not only have skin in the game, but to make my skin the game to see this through. 

 

To know where we are going, we must know where we came from and not be afraid to chart new waters.  Together we can create a better future for VA employees, Veterans, their dependents and Union Representatives along with their families.  To build a bigger table, we must add to the one that currently exists, and I have my axe in hand ready to find new timber.
