When I become the next National Veterans Affair Council (NVAC) President, I will donate half of my salary for the 3 year term to create an Advisory Board consisting of the current President who has held the position for the previous 33 years and any of the Vice Presidents (VP’s) who are not reelected to their positions.  I will then create a mentorship program consisting of up and coming Union leaders who will be mentored by the Advisory Board with the goal of preparing them for leadership roles all throughout the NVAC.  I have a kind heart and courage to build a bigger table where seasoned, current, and future Union leaders can all have a seat to contribute to what it will take to Make Our Union Great Again.  CLICK HERE to see my other visions for the NVAC.
